When you, a potential buyer, gets in contact we will work towards establishing professional representation. Once we agree verbally on our relationship, the next step is to sign a Buyer's Agreement. This agreement details the agent-client relationship, such as the services provided, agency relationship and compensation. Some clients are skeptical at first when asked to sign an agreement. It's important then, to open discussion to be totally clear on my value as your trusted realtor. As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I follow the organization's Code of Ethics. It is a requirement to take a Continuing Education course on the code regularly. Guaranteed your trust in me will grow throughout our working together. It is my recommendation that you do an internet search before signing the agreement. Reputation is everything.

Once we have a signed agreement, we can really work together to find your dream home. The agreement is mutually beneficial. You will have access to my full network of search options. As a Keller Williams agent, I have access to our national data base. We can establish your search area and housing parameters. You'll have access to the Multiple Listing System (MLS). Then we can target necessary features for automated emails. As your Realtor, you will find my hours of availability extremely generous.

Further, as your Realtor, these are the traits that I believe are most important:

  1. Honesty
  2. Integrity
  3. Transparency
  4. Availability
  5. Communication
  6. Experience
  7. Knowledge
  8. Flexibility
  9. Energy

Finally, if you are not satisfied with our Agreement, it can be terminated. Those details would need to be worked out at that time.
